Zania van Rooyen

Senior Associate

Zania is an admitted attorney, conveyancer and notary of the High Court of South Africa. She completed her LLB Law degree at the University of Pretoria in 2003 and attended the School of Law at the University of Pretoria from July 2003 to December 2003.

In January 2004 she was appointed as a candidate attorney at O.J. Botha Attorneys and completed her articles in December of the same year. In February of 2005 Zania was admitted as an attorney and appointed as a professional assistant with Amanda De Wet Attorneys. She was admitted as a conveyancer of the High Court of Pretoria in December 2005 and worked at Amanda De Wet Attorneys until April 2006.

From August 2006 Zania worked for Investec Private Bank as an Internal Consultant and was responsible for the professional clients of the bank. Her work included the registration of bonds of both residential and commercial properties.

In September 2007 she was appointed as an associate director of Motla Conradie Incorporated in the Private Bank Department, where she is responsible for the property and commercial transactions of the clients of Investec Bank.

Following the merger of Motla Conradie Inc with Rooth Wessels Maluleke Inc she served as an associate of Rooth Wessels Motla Conradie Inc from September 2008 until February 2010. She joined Motla Conradie Inc as associate director during its reestablishment.
